The rental office is inside the airport building. The pick-up and the drop off area is next to the airport. The vehicle was new and in good condition. I enjoyed my rental car.
Office was great as I was have Credit Card Issues and they helped me work though them.

Went online and followed the directions for securing an advanced reservation. The following day, arrived to complete the transaction and was guided by a well qualified staff person who answered questions and also volunteered additional information which all combined to make for a satisfying experience to the point which made Hertz the choice for a second rental a few days later. I need to add that the vehicles rented were clean inside and out, fueled, and totally fit the purpose for which they were needed. The rates and unlimited mileage factors also very much lent to the satisfaction of the overall rental experience.
