I would like to express how it was very easy to get a rental at the Elmira Corning Airport through Enterprise. There was a few small things, the color of the car and where the car was suppose to be parked was incorrect.
They did assist us in getting the correct car. We were very happy with the car and great mileage. We will use Enterprise again.
I had a flawless experience with my recent rental. I was able to pick up the vehicle quickly, in under a few minutes. I was completely satisfied with the vehicle provided (2016 KIA Sorento w/3rd row, 290hp, and great on gas) since most options were sold out one month prior to the rental dates. The estimate given online when making the reservation was accurate when I got the final bill upon returning the vehicle (the only difference was the basic insurance I added when picking up the vehicle). Everything was clear/straightforward upon drop-off as well. Couldn't have been a smoother experience.
Very good experience, I had the rental agreement completed nd car ready before my baggage came off the plane . The return was just as fast and easy. I will rent from them again.
made a reservation the night before. i showed up a half hour early no problem was out of there and in my car in about 15 minutes friendly helpful and courteous would describe my experience with the agent
