Bought ordered and paid for earrings for my daughters 16 the birthday. They promised they would be in a week before her birthday, they did not come in. Just a bunch of excuses. Now they say we have to go to the store to get our money back even tho we never received them.
Overpriced sizing on rings. $70.00 Failed to return ring on the "promised" date. Only offered excuses. Don't make promises you can't keep. I'm done with zales.
