Bought the perfect necklace as a graduation gift two years ago with a protection plan. I asked at the time what happens if I don't have the warranty since it is a gift. I was told it would be under the name and ANY Kay's could look it up. Well, that's only if they RECORD the purchase and warranty.
Horrible service. Really let me and my family down

Guess what, nothing was listed under my name so the necklace that broke is NOT covered, they can fix it for a charge.
I suggest the NEXT time anyone purchased from Kay's, watch them enter your information. Then go home and call them in three days to see if your items is actually listed. Very disappointing.
