Store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly. Also I found out they do price match.
Great service in the sneaker department. If I had not received the help from your knowledgeable salesman l would have not purchased any sneakers. I also wouldn't have been back to DICK'S.

Customer service is awful. I returned an item a couple months ago and the 800 number I called said they'd credit my Scorecard with points. When I checked 2 days ago that hadn't happened so I called again. This time the points were added and I was told that I could receive those credits when they swiped my card at the store. But when I tried that I was told I hadn't been given the "rewards" yet, and they couldn't do anything about it. I won't be going back anytime soon.
