The people here are always friendly and helpful to me, whether it's shipping packages or determining mailing options. It's usually the same two people who help me (a lady with dark hair and glasses, a man with a beard and tattoos). They are always professional and prompt. I have no idea why this post office branch has bad reviews. Have lived and mailed packages all over the country, this is a great post office.
Classic stone-faced postal workers snuff the customer off when they have legitimate questions. Don't bother to pay for "priority mail express" when ordering anything. Just more expensive BS.
