Just had the best meal I have ever had there. Good service. A bit slow, and it wasn't busy. A nice place for a casual dinner date. Just had one (3!) the best margaritas ever! Have to get bartenders name as he always makes a good one. Emily was our server. Super good job! Still can't believe that a national chain does not have any Gluten Free pasta, or breading options-it is 2017, c'mon.

Great experience

Service was not good. The restaurant was not busy, many empty tables but too the waitress a long time to take our order. So we finally ordered then we waited and waited for our salads and biscuits. Then we got our drinks. Then our food came as we were talking or first bites of salad. So by the time we ate the meal it was cold.

So my girlfriend and I were at Red Lobster for lunch and the experience was horrible. If I could rate it, I'd give it NEGATIVE 5 STARS. This was our 4th time there for the endless shrimp. The last 3 times we went as soon as they brought out the main course they would ask what we would want next. This time the server who I did not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag as she should be said we can't do that. We have to wait til you finish your first shrimp. Plus she was very slow and not very attentive. I finally had to ask a different server whom I had seen quite frequently out and about to get the manager. When the manager finally showed up (didn't get her name either) had said the same thing as the server. I asked why there isn't consistency between the different days and shifts. She just shrugged her shoulders. I was highly dissatisfied with this experience today and when I said I was putting this on Facebook and Google the manager said why punish us for other's mistakes. I say you're a team if one screws up you all do. As was said to me by my drill instructor in the Marine Corps everyone is responsible. If the manager can't keep things consistent then maybe they need new managers. If servers can't be attentive and earn their money then they need new servers. This operation is a disgrace to all those that do their jobs. My chances of returning are few and far between. I've talk to other friends who said they have had similar experiences. Maybe they need to get their act together or corporate headquarters needs to step in???

Needs to be updated! Extremely slow food service. LONG wait for a table, when there were clearly empty tables all over, For a place that is supposed to be semi upscale. This place is borderline beat. Some new carpet/ flooring could go a long ways. All together it Seems poorly managed. Our waitress was kind, so at least they have that going for them.

Food delicious. We arrived at closing time and they were still full of energy and nice!
