I am a chainsaw carver and desperately needed equipment for my demos at the Chemung County Fair this week. I was in a bind and they came to the rescue.
They are very Knowledgeable! I came in presenting many problems with little knowledge of what I needed. They helped with a smile. I was completely stressed out when I got here, they calmed my nerves and put me at ease, knowing that my problems now had solutions. All because another stihl dealer in the area dropped the ball.

Why shop at the big box stores when you can buy better quality items from your neighborhood store? My go to shop for home and business ( I know I am not alone on this thought). Always accommodating, extensive inventory, knowledgeable service.
Great home town hardware store and rental place
I have shopped here for years and have found that their prices are equal to if not better than the big box stores. Their staff can tell you exactly what is needed to complete a project and take the parts right off the rack. They will even loan you special tools if you do not have them. I would encourage anyone about to take on a project to talk to these folks first and then support a local business. It is a win-win.
