Had a great young lady help me out and I really like the hair style she have me. Great service when it's not busy.
Too many stylist with no experience. Change staff all of the time.
I was a regular customer at this Mastercuts. I have been getting my hair cut here on my lunch break for over 4 years. Normally service is extremely fast and courteous. Today on lunch I was completely ignored by the stylist who was apparently only speaking to her friend. We made eye contact several times and she continued to ignore me until I gave up and left. When I eventually left the stylist and her friend burst out laughing. Mastercuts has lost my business. The owners should be more careful about whom they hire.
The hair stylist was rude to me when about half way through the simple cut I realized I wanted it a bit shorter. We spent the rest of the hair cut in total silence while she sighed with every cut she made which made for a very uncomfortable 10 minutes. I still didn't end up getting the cut I wanted and she rushed me out of there 20 minutes before close. I did call ahead to make sure they had time and they said yes so I'm not sure why it was so rushed. Now I have to go to another stylist to get it fixed. Luckily the prices are pretty low. That's really the only positive thing about my experience here; in total what I'll have spent getting it fixed will be what I would have spent just going to a better salon.
If I could give less than one star I would. I spent 4 hours sitting on my ass. I asked for a simple ombré. The first try was splotchy and orange. TAYLOR said she could tone it one more time to help lighten it up since the first time obviously didn't work. Second time this was the result. She toned my hair a total of 3 times!! The final time my hair came out DARKER BROWN than what I walked in with. Each time she toned my hair she only rinsed the half she toned leaving spray and and product in the rest. The final time she rinsed she didn't remove any conditioner. My hair was sticky and soaking wet while she tried to blow dry my hair. My head was sore from her ripping away at my hair with a paddle brush trying to get out knots WHILE blow drying it. I asked her to stop and told her I'd leave with wet hair. $140 was what they wanted to charge me for their mistake. After talking with the manager they finally voided the transaction WITH NO APOLOGY!!!! My hair is damaged . My head is sore. My hair is all one solid color, no blonde at all. I have no idea where they found this girl but she does not belong anywhere near hair. I've included photos of before during and after. My hair looked great before. And now it's a damn shame.
