Their customer service is very poor. The staff has a damn well feel like attitude towards you. They charged my credit card $79 when they were not suppose to do so. I'm a Silver Sneakers member which means my insurance company pays the bill. I had to file a grievance with my credit card company. I was told several times that someone would call me back to resolve the problem. I would go somewhere else if I were you.
I shopped around for a gym before settling on snap fitness. The manager's special is a week free trial all the time!!
