The employees are great. The Manager is also excellent. They go above and beyond to help customers.
Good costumer service. Just a little slow at waiting on me. It's just the phone I keep having issues with. Been to the store several times and never get it resolved. Finaly I am gettting a free replacement, after several calls to the corp. The phone is junk.
I have never experienced worse customer service. Their employee yelled at me on the phone after giving me misleading information about switching to Sprint. I would not recommend this Sprint Store to anyone.
