Raymond Benjamin was very understanding of my "unique" situation and was able to find the best solution for me with my daughter's car. He was in tune with my needs,and his staff took care of the necessities,as cost was a big factor. Most notably,I did all this over the phone from three hours away. I broke down on a Friday. They made a great effort to get me fixed up and going without an appt. Fast friendly and professional. 2nd time I've dealt with them and second time in very happy with them. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Five stars!

The guys at Parmenter's are wonderful. They have done all the work on my last 2 jeeps and I wouldn't trust any other place in this area. I recommend going here if you need any work done. You can't beat the prices and service!
They did their best to try and place me in a 2005 nissan armada, but it just didnt work out. I had asked if there was any wiggle room on price due to a few issues with the vehicle, but they were firm. They wanted to try and place me into another vehicle, but I was only interested in the one. Had to walk away
We were stranded and had to call AAA. They hooked us up with Parmenter and the driver was named Jesse. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. Jesse tried to get us started but had to tow us home. He was polite, personable and friendly. He made a bad situation more tolerable. Thank you for making us more at ease. God bless you.
