The manger was rude and told I needed 700 dollars worth of parts to get my inspection done. Went somewhere else and got the inspection done without all these so called parts it "needed"
Absolutely terrible service. I have my fleet vehicle serviced at this location and have been disappointed each time. Over 5 hours spent on site to complete basic maintenance. My concerns were ignored and am back within two business days.
I wouldn't give no stars .I'm also angery at firestone they it fix one of 2 problems and I took it back 2 times after picking it up the first time and they still didn't find what was making a bird noise and didn't fix the bird noise.. Had my outback serviced this morning. Lifetime alignment, tire rotation, and oil change. All was accomplished expediently and I was on my way.
Let me start by saying if I could I would give this place negative stars I was a auto tech for years and have never seen a place this crooked this pace is a joke not checking over a car before hooking it up to the inspection machine so they could charge for the inspection either way then falsely telling you that your vehicle needs parts that it doesn't talk about feeding the stigma about auto shops rip people off this place definitely needs to be investigated for fraud these types of shops Are the reason I don't work in a shop any more there crooked this type of business needs to be stopped
