The staff was polite and courteous they did not have a frozen hot chocolate or really sell that item and they went out of their way to make it for me and I am forever great-full and the store was clean and well stocked and the gentleman greeted Customers Ray is soon as they enter the store to make them feel welcome.. well done and to the staff that made my frozen hot chocolate you made my day!!!
Not so much anymore.
With the new management came new baristas. The first time I asked for a Red Bull and an espresso. I literally got them mixed together in a cup. Ew. The next time, over a month later, I asked for a bubble tea. The old barista used to blend the powders for a nice smoothie. This time I got chunky powders and thin milk over a half scoop of ice. Ew.
Bizarre and unpleasant experience. Tried ordering a small espresso macchiato and had it rung up as an overpriced caramel macchiato. Even though a small size was listed on menu, I was told "espresso macchiatos only come in the 16oz cups".
Tried ordering an americano instead and the price was incorrectly rung up at $3 instead of $2.50. I had to point out the inconsistency. I received no apology and the barista was brusque and unfriendly.
Sitting here eating an amazing turkey sandwhich from the taza cafe ! Soft bread with great turkey sandwhich meat. Just a half feels like im eating an entire sub. Part of me wish's they had leaf Lettus and not shredded only because it will make it less messy but it doesn't take away from the taste its still great
Great coffee made the way coffee should be made. By the cup. Friendly staff that seem to enjoy working there. I would highly recommend it.
We used to love this place. The young girl at the counter remembered our orders and was always very friendly.
